I contacted Trish nearly a year ago when I was living in Washington DC to start the house hunt before I retired. Then, I was not sure where in the Charlotte area I wanted to live. With her thoughtful suggestions, we weighed homes in upstate South Carolina, Lake Norman area, and then downtown Charlotte, before narrowing our choice to Matthews. I appreciate how she pays attention to the details and how she shared her unvarnished views of each the house we considered. Even after the sale, she continued to provide valuable insights on professional service providers (painters, floor and tile layers, heating and air conditioning contacts and handymen). I am a crazy-busy professional and did not think I would be able to get through the buying process in the time I did. Trisha and I met initially and she knew my realistic goals pricing and financial status. This was important so as to not waste anyone's time. Over the next 4-5 weeks I viewed online recommendations sent by Trisha and weeded them out according to location and my needs. I viewed only three houses and made an offer on the third. There were two or three other offers on that house but due to Trisha's expertise and finesse the seller entertained my offer and we closed after only having to go back to tweak the deal one time. She actually goes through the home with you and looks for any potential issues that may come up later (either during the home inspection or possibly even after you purchase the house) so that you aren't caught off guard and can make informed decisions. She is very knowledgeable and researches the neighborhood(s) you're interested in to provide you with additional information such as school systems road construction comparable homes etc. She knows what it takes to win a bid in this market and discusses any potential bid offer with you before making one. She provides support throughout the entire process. She provides you with options for all the services that you will need when purchasing a home; financing (via Allen Tate). home inspection (she provided several options for me to choose from) home insurance (via Allen Tate) closing attorney repair company etc. The services that I did utilize her recommendation for were easy affordable and generally a pleasure to work with as well. She also kept in touch with my financing company in order to make sure everything was going according to plan. She even followed up with me after my purchase and scheduled move in date to see how things were going. If I am ever asked to recommend a realtor or buy/sell myself again in the area Trisha will be my option.

She is loyal smart and genuinely cares for her clients. She came highly recommended by two close friends and did not disappoint.
